However, it was decided that Tasmanian Pure Continental Smallgoods, Game and Poultry best represents the products and their heritage, originality and quality.

 

The Business is built on generations of knowledge in the Butcher- smallgoods and food industry. It supports the slow food principles of Good- Fair- and Clean.
